Can you review an assessment at any level?
Yes. We can start before a first submission, after No Level Awarded, or when you want to progress from your existing level. I’ll take an initial look and help you identify where further work would be useful.
What if I’ve received No Level Awarded?
We’ll start with your question and assessment feedback, look at what needs attention and identify a practical next step. You don’t need to commission a paid review to begin.
What do I need to send to get started?
Just your name, email and a message about what you need. There is no document upload on the contact form. If it would help to look at a plan or assessment feedback, we can arrange that afterwards.
What happens after the free initial review?
You’ll have practical feedback and a clearer next step. If further work would help, we can discuss 0 → 1, Boost or Partner. Any paid work has an agreed scope, timetable and fee before it begins, and there is no obligation to continue.
Can you guarantee a particular level?
No. I can help you identify gaps and prepare clearer evidence, but the assessment outcome is determined through the NHS Evergreen process. I’ll be clear about what needs work and what is realistic.
Is this official NHS support?
No. Evergreen Assessment is Joanna Whitear’s independent advisory service through Kintera Limited. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS. Read NHS England’s official guidance.
