Annual support
Year one includes
- Everything in the Carbon Reduction Plan project
- A simple annual data-collection plan
- Named responsibilities and reporting deadlines
- Three quarterly progress calls following delivery
- A tracker for carbon-reduction measures and supporting evidence
- Preparation of the next annual footprint and Carbon Reduction Plan refresh
Subsequent years include
- Annual Scope 1, 2 and required Scope 3 recalculation using updated government factors, compared with your baseline and previous year
- Review of reduction targets and measures, with updated methodology and assumptions
- Updated Carbon Reduction Plan for approval, signature and publication, plus an Evergreen evidence check
- Quarterly progress calls and one 30-minute virtual employee update on progress and priorities
02 / PROGRESSION
Boost
Already made a start? Strengthen your evidence, plan your next steps and work towards Evergreen Levels 2, 3 or 4 with structured support.
Build on what you already have. Agree your target level, prioritise the improvements and work through them with support throughout the year.

- A gap review and prioritised action plan for your agreed target level, with responsibilities and milestones
- Modern Slavery Statement, social value position and a review of upcoming NHS carbon, procurement and supplier-evidence requirements where relevant
- Four quarterly sessions to review agreed actions, track results and check the evidence of progress.
